is it possible to transfer the WORKING VISA TWO TIMES (with NOC/NO MEDICAL/NO FINGERPRINT)?

Hello, I am WORKING VISA HOLDER and just arrived here in QATAR @ the end of JULY 2010 sponsor by one of the company(My first COMPANY). I was release after 1 month and they give me NOC ( but I have no medical/fingerprint yet) so I transfer to the SECOND COMPANY, and now after 2 months I was release by the second company with NOC
( still no medical/fingerprint yet)
the working visa will be transfer to the THIRD COMPANY. Is there any chance or is it possible that the working visa will be transferred to the third company?

yes, they can transfer you and you have penalties to be paid 10 per day after 3 months you had finger print.
