Dear, my wife and first child have valid Qatar RP and now I am going to bring my new born baby within 90 days of birth. is it made compulsary to attest the birth certificate from India and qatar embassies or just certificate and passport are enough to enter into qatar.

Birth certificate attestation not required. You need to bring the original birth certificate & passport of the new born, if you are entering before 90 days.
