IS IT TRUE THAT THE NOC WILL NOT BE NEEDED ANY MORE BY THE END OF THIS YEAR FOR ENGINEERS AND DOCTORS??? ARE THESE NEWS ARE FACT?
but engineer are going out and coming agin after few weeks withiout noc
The NOC will always be required in a place like Qatar, to prevent the poaching and job hopping of many expats, who come here at great cost to the original employers. If the employers didn't have this protection, then it would be chaotic and people would be swapping jobs to chase better money, conditions and longer projects etc etc, without any consideration to the employers who originally sponsored them to come to the country.
yes.. no NOC is required. but its only in SAUDI ARABIA....
i dont know about other GCC countries
