Is it true?! What will I do?

Dear Friends,

Hi! My husband just returned from Qatar after 2months of working there. He took an emergency leave due to health reasons (nothing serious)and his visa (one time visit) was cancelled. He hasn't got a pataka yet. Now, he's got a job offer he's secured from an employment agency in Qatar. He would like to go back but we're faced with different issues/problems:
1) Is it really true that he needs to wait for two months before he can come back to work?
2) Will it be ok to use his old passport? There's no stamp yet.
3) If he request for a visit visa from the new company, how will it be processed here in the Philippines? Who will apply for the visa?
4) Lastly, will there be any problem if his old company finds out that he's back working in Qatar?

All your thoughts ans comments will be highly appreciated. Thank you!

since fingerprints were already taken, it means dat the application for work visa already in process, even if ur frnd doesnt hav pataka, probly the passport he's using already been stamped with visa... if pataka is ur basis dat ur frnd still hav a chance, i believe, he'll not be permitted to return to qatar... else, if he's on visit visa and no process hav been made yet, and the visit visa expires or cancelled, in dat i thnk he would hav a chance.

also, d stamped in passport is as gud as pataka... and for som much better reference, dan the latter.

u could check the threads in Filipino Expats group for other infos, maybe u could find some more ideas, der...

Yes, his fingerprints were taken but his visit visa was cancelled and he has no working visa yet. Will it help if he change his passport? Please reply ASAP. Thanks.
