Job without Offer Letter

Hello.... everyone!
Good morning....!

I would appreciate if you could kindly advise/comment on the following.

After being selected for a J&P Overseas construction company on Dec 05th through a recruitment consultancy at Chennai I haven't received a contract/offer letter or any information about VISA till date.

Upon contacting the consultancy yesterday I'm informed that many of the companies do not issue Offer/Contract letter. The consultancy also says that it cannot pursue/dictate/insist the company to issue the Offer/Contract Letter before issuing VISA.

Is it Okay to join this company if they issue a VISA?
Quite confused at the moment please help on the above.

once you have been selected after the interview then there is no reason to employer company not issue the Job Offer Letter..the terms you accept online will be dictated on offer letter and that be issued even after receiving the visa..

I think to hunt this job you are going to pay something to agent.so if possible talk with agent.if you satisfied accept- if not ,you are in your country !
