KUWAIT VISA?.. HELP..

HI ALL.. JUST A QUESTION WHICH I REALLY NEED TO KNOW!! PLEASE SOMEONE HELP OR ADVICE ME..

DO I NEED TO GET A VISIT VISA WHEN I GO TO KUWAIT FOR 1 DAY JUST TO SORT THINGS OUT FROM CZECK REPUBLIC EMBASSY IN KUWAIT?
NOW, I'M ON A FAMILY VISA HERE IN QATAR A FILIPINA. AND MY DAD TOLD ME THAT I WONT NEED TO GET A KUWAIT VISIT VISA BECAUSE I CAN AVAIL IT UPON ARRIVAL.

SO PLEASE IF ANYONE HAVE ANY INFORMATION ABOUT VISA POCEDURES IN KUWAIT, PLEASE LET ME KNOW!

it depends what type of visa that you have here in qatar, if your qatar visa say you are under the sponsorship of your father, then you are required to apply for a visa before you travel to kuwait!!!
