Leaving without canceling Visa

Hi,
Good day to all , I'm really in a confused state and ur help will be really appreciated

My visa is getting expired on 7th april 2013
My resignation has already been accepted by my company
But as their PRO nd BOss is not available in Qatar they had issued
An exit permit

My Question is

1. If i leave qatar before 7th april with out canceling my Visa will there any consequences in the future to stamp a visa in Dubai after april 10th ?
2. Will there be any problem if i wanted to come back in qatar after 2 years of ban?

Is it better to leave before the visa expiry or it is better to cancel the visa and go

Your Valuable answers are much awaited

Thanks in Advance

Try to cancell ur visa in Qatar if possible , for staying another one month after the expiry of rp , then you have to pay some penalty

Sometimes companies are forcing employees to renew their visa if they have submitted resignation , so i would like to know in such cases is there any problem if they want to come back to Qatar after two years ? .

There should be no problem at all if you leave earlier without cancelling visa as it will expire on the 7th of April anyway as you mentioned . And there is nothing to worry about Dubai visa stamping after 10th April or even before that date as Dubai immigration have no obection if you have two RPs on your passport . On the other hand there is no problem for you comming back after two years ban ..: hope it is clear to you ....
