Legal Advise Please

Good Day to all who will read this. I need a Legal Advise regarding this problem. I have a friend here in Doha her sponsor a saloon company cancelled her working visa last January 2009 for unknown reason. But this friend of mine was still here up to this date without the renewed working visa. My questions are: what is the best way to do so that she can go back to our home Country? What are the legal steps or procedures she must do in order for her to be deported? If there is a fine for overstaying, How much would it cost if she will pay? from January 2009 up to this date? and also, is she will be jailed for that case?

There is one centre in Doha called Deportation Centre..locally called as Ibaad.. Just take ur friend there and tell him to surrender there....Dont forget to take a travel ticket and the belongings with you...They will deport him within the available flight..or rarely between 2-3 weeks...
