Maid Visa - Application Is Postponed

I applied for a Maid Visa (On personal sponsership) and the visa status showing as Application is postponed.Anyone know now what i have to do and where i need to go in Immigration office. I know that in immigration there are 4 Gates or building. Please advice where exactly i need to approch.
