Multi Entry Visa

I got a Job offer in Qatar . I am British National . I was told that Employer will arrange business visa for 3 months and later on Work visa .I was told During Business visa exit can be arranged in 5 minutes on line by Employer . And Work visa is already multienty visa.
I due to my family problem I requested to my employer to please arrange Multienry visa even during Probation period .
Can any body tell me please .
1-Can Employer arrange Muti Entry visa ? and in any Emergency situation I can be able to Exit Qatar?
2- Work Visa Is a Multi Entry Visa?

Yes its, work visa is multientry but you sould get exit permit from your employer if you wanna go out of Qatar.
business visa also can be make as multi entry but your employer should request while apply for business visa, they could do it
