My QID Blacklisted, can i get visit visa for my Wife. ?
Hi.
I have applied visit visa for my wife (Paid 200QR) on Tuesday and i have plan go my country bring them here. Now my company told me on Tuesday that they cant get approval of my exit letter, then check with Public Prosecution they said there is case against on me from the bank.
I went to bank ask them and they filed case due to the late payment of my loan in January. Now bank informed yesterday they will remove the file from Capital Police and give me clearance then i have to Public Prosecution dept. i will get the clearance paper today 10am.
I have purchased all the tickets of my wife, son and mine to come here on Monday. but still their visas are under process.
My question is, My QID blacklisted to travel (Exit the country) is that the reason still their visas are under process. ?.
because i have to leave today evening as per my ticket.
please give some suggestions..i am waiting for visas and clearance paper from capital police which bank will give today.
Hi galloper48....
thanks...finally that day i got clearance from Capital and Public Prosecution and the same day i got family visa for two years, i went to india and came back, now medical and finger prints are done of my family. I will trasnfer the visa today..lucky day...
now i have to clear the court case only..as i have all documents...thanks..
We are in June and you were not able to clear the issue of delayed loan payment of January? come on man six months has gone. You should have settled such issues on time. Now make sure that things are cleared as told by Galloper before going to the Airport or else you will be in deep trouble.
Based on your situation and some other posts in QL the approval of your family VISAS is for sure tied to the court case filed against you.
Now the point is: is the bank already withdrawing the case?? are they going to "clear" your name from the blacklist? Will they do it on time so that you can travel?? are they assuring you no problems will be faced on departure from the airport??
Just remember if at least one of the above questions is not clearly answered by the bank; police; immigration and of course by the court in which your case is being treated...you could be facing a hard time when leaving the country (jail, deportation)
Be careful...try to solve it!!!
On the other hand if you knew about the case filed why did you waited until "last minute" to deal with it!!
Regards!!
