I bring my wife here as VISIT VISA and fortunately she landed a job and working for 3 months now. My question is what are the requirements and procedures to change the sponsorship of my wife under my name, so that i could get the Family Allowances that my company promises me but i should do the above-mentioned first.

Does this means i should applied directly to the immigration for a "Residence Permit?" or other way pls..help me I'm confused

you should apply a residence visa for her before she apply for a job.

What you need is permission letter from your company. Salary certificate of not less than 10k. House rent contract with stamp from Baladiyah. Six months bank statements. Ask your company's mandoob. It is his job.
