Need Urgent Advice regarding release

I am facing a problem in my company and my manager wants to terminate me with no reason. My sales records are good in the company and he insists on terminating me for some personal interests. I am recruited from my country not from here. Some people are advising me to make a law suite against the company and I will win the case. If that happens and I won the case. Can I still have a release? or still it depends on my company??
If they give NOC why case,take and get out,dont waste money,if u win also u wl get little compensation,normally that wont happen
My company said they will give me NOC,but i mean if i made a case against them and won the case,will they still have the option to give me the NOC or they r forced to do it?
i don't think so . try to get it directly from your company sponsor .I know 99% percentage of companies will not give NOC
I know my expenses will be too much. But what I care about is the NOC. I mean if i filed a case against them and won it,are they forced to give me NOC or not neccessary?
first check how many months you have wait for the labor departments to act. calculate the your expenses for your stay and conclude whether you have to waste time and money on it
release (NOC) is the discretion of the sponsor.
They are not giving service benefits, u can file a complaint against ur company to the labour department through ur embassy and u will get service end benefits.
