Need an URGENT INFO on Visit Visa Extension

I am on Family Visit Visa and expiring in july 2012 .Today Morning when My husband went for an extension in Madinat khalifa ..Person took all details and wrote on the application form that extendable till august.. and asked my husband to come by 3 pm..Now my question is ..
Is that extension approved .and another question is do they always stamp later on ..what could be the reason that they have asked to come later ..

Any answers would be much appreciated

U even can get it extended to 8 months i mean month by month, if the man wrote in the paper to be extended until august then its approved evening ure husband will go and pay the fees i mean 200 Qr. for coming back at 3 oclock they might have some prblm in the system or the man is lazyyyyy. but anyway just take that paper evening pay the fee and khalas nothing to worry about.

Family visit visa are extendable maximum 6 month. 200 per months. any query better go to immigration.
