Hi, I did it in Sept 2014. I brought my 2.5 month baby and got on arrival visa. Baby should come before 90 days and have a separate passport. It is very simple. You should have baby's birth certificate stamped from Qatar Embassy in India and in my case my wife under my sponsorship. I believe still the procedure is same as in my time.
