New Work Visa Issue

Hi All,

I had applied for a company in Qatar, they had issued a work visa to me, but I decided not to work for the company so I did not enter Qatar at all and the company cancelled the work visa. I verified the status in MOI website and VISA STATUS is CANCELED and validity shows as Feb-26-2016.

Now I have been interviewed for a second company which is giving me more salary and benefits. The question is should would I not get a work visa till FEB 26-2016 or the new company can apply it without any issues and I can get one? Please clarify.

My Work Visa Is Under Process. It's Been This Way Since A Week Ago. How Long Does It Usually Take To Be Processed?

The status shows us CANCELED but VALIDITY is still shown as FEB-26-2016, I don't understand it, how can the visa status show CANCELED at the same time VALIDITY is still present.

They already CANCELED the visa and the same is reflected in the MOI website. So can the new company apply now?
