No gratuity,No leave salary and No flight tickets after 3 years of service.Is this a normal thing

I have been asked to pay my one month whole salary to get NOC from the company,I have been under this company for 3 years.I have helped them with other projects.Still they wont to squeeze the sweat out of me.I have missed flights coz of them issuing late EXIT..So much trouble with them.I am looking for sincere legal help.

Completely Unacceptable.

This is nothing new , but you can contact Ms.Mariam in Human rights office Salwa Road ,Near the fly over.

She is the best in handling this ,The company will give triple than what you deserve.

Trust me , i have prior experience in this and HUMAN RIGHTS OFFICE is the best one to handle it.

How easily we adjust to things in here!!Well defined as modern slavery.Anyways i am giving it a shot.One months salary means a lot to me.I have a car loan ,House rent and parents expenses all coming up.I have to give in a fight before i shed a months pay.

There has got to be some logic in this.Right?? They take a share for 3yrs each month from my salary..blah ..i get it ..we cant win this..thanks guys.

Here's some non-legal advice: would you consider one month salary as small price to pay to enable you to change jobs and stay here, or would you be willing to leave here for 2 years waiting on zero salary for your ban to finish?
