NOC for Business Visit Visa without coming to QATAR

I have received the Business visit visa for 3 Months and now it is almost get expired. Present i have very good Offer from another employer from qatar. my questions are..
1. Do i need to get NOC from first employer witthout join the job and even coming to qatar ?
2. am i eleigible to get the another visa from the new employer?

If you haven't entered Qatar, you don't exist for Qatar. No fingerprints, etc. Come with a new visa for the first time. Should not be a problem.
