Hi frnds..can anyone give me correct rules about visa ban after exit from qatar. i am working since 2yrs for a contractor company. Now i got direct hire positon in other company.. When my visa process when to change the sponsorship..finally in immigration it was noticed as non-tranferrable visa so they rejected to change my visa sponsor ship.. So my hiring company told to exit from here and go back to india by resigning to previous company and they will apply for new visa. My previous company told they will issue NOC ..I have some doubts to comeback to qatar..can anyone give answers..

1) we cannot change NON-tranferrable visa into transferrable from here.

2) With NOC after exit from here when we can come back to qatar.how many yrs ban .

3) if my hiring company applied for new visa for me after I exit with noc...will immigration dept will approve it.

I am in confusing to exit from here or not..so please kindly give ur suggestions

you can come back to qatar if your old company gave noc,

just exit from qatar, and return back on new visa.

It is project visa so it could not transferable.Normally if I have noc i can get visa with my hiring company..will immigration will ask any more when they apply and I am afraid that will immigration will give visa or not. If inshall everthing gud and get visa means then there is no problem..if immigration any problem then i loose my present job also..can u clarify only noc or any more documents need to give to hiring company to get visa from immigration..

your Visa may be a project Visa and it is not normally transferable ( try for some method to get it changed !)Hence you may have to go back with NOC from the present employer and you can come back at any time with a new Visa

Best of luck!
