I am working in a contracting company position qa/qc engineer from 14 sep 2014, my residence permit procedure grace period (three months) Expired 15 feb 2015.here I coming first business visa then 2 months after company try to stamp work visa but they can’t stamp work visa.so I give to resignation with one month notice period, now one month notice period also finished. but company not give the exit permit. now I am stay in qatar without visa and over stay penalties, I can’t stay without Qatar visa, work permit and medical card.so how can I complaint for this case please advise and reply to me.

Vinu1830, nothing to worry. The legal formalities are being tough to run any firm here. May be some legal issues making the delay to stamp your visa. Have you finished your finger test? If yes, just relax.. find some time to talk with your manager in a good mood rather hyper or lower or over excited.

From your description above, your company issued a work visa for you. i.e., resident visa but not stamped. In this case, the penalty would be 10Qr per day. If your company is deciding to keep you there, they will manage to pay the fees and visa stamping.

If you are getting your benefits on-time, its a good firm. Stick with it. But, if you are like another malabaris' or Srilankis' start finding another job once getting the visa, then you must be kicked..!!

I guess its your first gulf experience. So, be cool. Wait. Your turn will come.
