Passport Renewal
Hai ,
I would like to know weather passport renewal of employee is employer responsibility or employee responsibility. Also I want to know who will bear the expenses for renewal, my passport is under company custody.Has Qatar labour law says anything about passport renewal?
It's your responsbility not your employer's..
You have to bear the expenses for your passport renewal..
Depends in which company,you are working.Some companies take the responsibilities of his/her employee & some not
Your company has nothing to do with the passport. This is your personal document and you are responsible yourself.
The passort renewal is employees responsibility with its expenses. The visa expenses is employer's responsibility
The employee should take responsibility of passport renewal with its expenses. Only visa expenses taken over by the employer. This is the policy of most of the big companies.
Your responsibility. Your RP is your employer's job, not your passport.
