Please help me to give insights about NOC.

I have a notification from QP that I have successfully passed for the job I applied for and I need to submit the NOC in order to proceed with the recruitment. The thing is my company needs the copy of offer letter that is issued by QP, but unfortunately QP will not release the offer letter unless I provide them my NOC. My company is saying that the offer from QP is a requirement apart from bank clearance and police clearance uon completing all they will give NOC. The only paper I got from QP is an email which clearly indicates the job position and where will I be assigned to work for them. Isn't this enough for my company to give me NOC? But my company refuses to accept this email from QP.

What should be my action/solution for this problem I am currently dealing with?
