LEt me guess..mmmm? your company HR or Mandoob maybe because you are requesting them to arrange the visa for your family and since laziness attacked them they just informed you about that ban. hahaha

where is your site located? :) btw, as per my info, not true, because yesterday i saw a paper with my PRO, he had a visa of Philipine.. means there is no ban..
Never heard any Visa Ban.Better to passby in immigration to confirm.

i think there is no news like that right now...our company just issue visa to our new secretary at site...
