Question-Family Residence Visa

All,

I have a question regarding application for family residence visa.

Do we have to get the degree certificate attested from home country in order to apply for the family residence visa? I did not get it attested when my RP was done.

Currently they are asking for 10k should be min salary to get a family residence visa, but still there are many instance were they have rejected residence visa for those who are having salary above 10k.

But there is a committee were you can schedule a meeting with them, there will be couple of captains in that meeting and some questions will be asked if they are convinced your visa is approved, else you will need to wait for next six months from the date of rejection.

All the best.

8. Khara/Maa Bill Latest

9. Passport & RP copy of yours

10. Passport copy of your spouse & kid

You can get the form printed in a typing shop which is near immigration office
