Hi,

a friend of mine has a girlfriend here in Qatar. She is working but finding the job too dificult and intends to leave and return to the Phillipines.

My friend intends to marry her - will she be allowed to re-enter Qatar having left her employer? She has a break clause in here contract and intends to use this to leave after 12mths service instead of 2yrs.

Any advice greatly appreciated!

The girl can go back here in Qatar if she already possessing a husband visa or husband sponsorship.

Just make sure that the guy is qualified to apply sponsorship to his wife to be...because I heard that Qatar Immigration would be increased the salary bracket from Qr4000 to Qr12000...

I am not pretty much sure if this new rule is already implemented..

if she's coming back as your friend's wife, under husband's sponsorship, i believe so.
