Reapplying for a Visa after Visa Rejection

Hi all,

I would like to apply for my family's RP. The one of the requirement for applying the RP for family is the 6 months bank statement, which i dont have as am new in Doha (just 3 weeks).

My friends PRO told me that i can still apply for RP without bank statements and tell them when asked that am new in this country, provided i have a letter from my company stating my designation and salary.

Am meeting all the requirements except the bank statements.

Now my question is if i apply for my family's RP and god forbid if it is rejected, then can i apply for family visit immediately as it doesnt needs bank statement, OR is any there any duration i have to wait to reapply for the visit visa??

Guys your helpful information and experience is required.

Thanks in advance.

your company's mandoob. Your family residence visa was rejected because you are new here, that's all. So wait 'til you are settled and apply again. Don't rush things, your frustrations will just grow. You're just 3 weeks here, so slow down and plan everything slowly but SURELY!

Avaya, not sure if 3 months is a new rule. But 1 yr ago I got my family on visit immediately after RP was rejected and then reapplied when they were here, after 3 months and then got RP in 2 weeks.

Yes, you can apply for a visit visa immediately. All you;ll need is a no objection letter from your company stating that they don't have an objection to you getting your family on visit and your salary letter. If you have a rent contract you can take a copy of that too.

If you are getting wife, get marriage certificated attested from country of marriage and then from Min. of foreign aff. Qatar.

Visit visa is generally approved in 3 days.
