I signed a job offer with a company in February 2008. My joining date was April 1, 2008. But due to some inexplicable reason, my visa has been delayed. Meanwhile I got at least three job offers with significantly higher benefits in Qatar. The company is also assured my of speed visa processing. Should I now ask my current sponsor to issue a NOC? Please help me with this dilemma
