Dear Pals..

Me and my wife here in Doha under seperate sponsor Visas. That means we have two diferent sponsors.(working for 2 companies).

But we have NOC from the both sponsors for stay together. And we have stamped our Marriage Certificates from both our country and also from Qater.

My Question is, in this condition can we go for a BABY? Our sponsor has no Problem with this. They also can give NOC and my Wife's sponsor like to give the sponsor ship for our baby.

Is there any leagal issues?

Is there any other couple who are in the same situation and have got baby/s?

Please advice me....

There is no problem with that.. we are in the same situation as you.. me and my wife having different sponsors (though both are in the govt). But as per Qatar laws, if you are both here in Qatar then automatically, the baby will be under the father's sponsorship. We had it done 4 months ago, a few weeks after my baby's birth here in Qatar.

Legal issues...none. If your salary is enough to raise a family here, then why not transfer your wife's sponsorship to you? That way you will not have any inconvenience in getting the visa for your baby. Government will give visa if they found your salary to be capable of raising your family and living comfortably, not just surviving for a month.
