I would like to know what are the requirements for getting a visa on arrival at Dubai Airport, like how long the passport & resident permit validity to be, I am an Indian national and resident of Qatar for more than 5 years. Profession mentioned on my ID card is ACCOUNTANT

Thanks for your kind replies, one more question, my residency permit will expire on April 15, 2009, do I have to renew it before I travel........... (as it is valid for less than six months) or six months validity is not a must for RP

you reach the airport and go straight up near the emirates help desk. ask them and they will show you an office. go there fill up a form then go to the bank and take an e-cash card for visa which is 170 riyals. if u have credit card no need taking ecash. go straight to the immigration officer. get ur visa stamped for 30 days. they will give u back a yellow slip. dont throw it cause they will ask you for it when u are flying out.

I went 2 weeks ago.

cheers
