I had renewed my daughter's residence permit on June 24th through Metrash2 app in my mobile and then got a message in my mobile that the residency renewal has been processed through Metrash2 service and I will be contacted by QPOST within 48 hours to specify the time and location of the delivery of the new residency ID. But I haven't received any call or message regarding this from the Qpost. Now its already more than a week and I am traveling for vacation on 8th July. I even checked the MOI website and found that the RP is already renewed for an year, but I haven't received the new Residence Card (ID card). Can anyone guide me how to collect the new residence card (ID card).

Thanks babu, I collected the residence card from Q post (General post ofiice) today.
