Residence stamping

Hi , am working in Kuwait as Civil Engineer , and currently i got a chance in Qatar and they need me to join immediately in Qatar. so i planned to join Qatar without cancelling my visa in Kuwait , but some of my known friends in Qatar told its not possible to stamp residency in Qatar if a valid GCC residence available other than Qatar
So i need a clarification about this hope someone can give me a exact rules about this

Please cancel your Kuwaiti Visa.. otherwise can't stamp qatar RP in your Passport.
No need to cancel kuwait visa. You can get RP without cancelling kuwait residence. I know before an entrepreneur had both residences.
Unfortunately its not possible. Since You are an Engineer, you need Kuwaiti experience certificate attested by foreign affairs, for you to become eligible for MMUP registration, which is must for all engineers working in Consultancies. Better resign it properly, get all your dues and Experience Certificate, get it attested there , prior to coming here. Otherwise you will suffer, running here and there. Experience certificate not attested, MMUP (UPDA)will not consider it as experience. Choice is yours.
You will get visa to Qatar. But while visa stamping, you will face problem. Better to get your visa cancelled.
You need to cancel your Kuwaiti visa . You will get Qatari entry visa and u will able to enter but during visa stamping it will be issue. If your Kuwaiti visa expires then may be ok. But it's better to cancel visa .take your ESB. Get experience certificate instead of running out.

Aby , You can join atonce , your Saudi visa has no concern for residense visa stamping & working and travelling to India & coming back to Qatar .......... No issues at all .......... there are thousands of people who move within GCC like you , no worries at all just say bye last time to Saudi sponsors & don't look back again ............. stop communicating to all ex colleagues , don't tell wher you will be , tell them you may become a sadhu & do bhakty ......... ...........
