Hai iam working in hmc as a nurse pi give me advise about the formalities about bringing my husband and daughter in a resident visa for a permenenant living in qatar?

since you are the wife, you can only apply a visit visa for your husband and child. you are not allowed to sponsor them for residence visa. there are instances that the immigration allow a wife for the residence visa of her family but that is only for your child. your husband is not allowed and that is case to case basis (EX. single parent). the best thing you can do is to apply a visit visa for your husband then your husband will find a work here in doha then he will be the one to sponsor your child for a residence visa.
