resident visa under father sponsor
I am studying in Doha under father sponsor, I have a resident visa good for 5 years valid until 2016 under father sponsorship. My father will exit from Doha next month to work in Canada. I still need to finish this year to contimue my studies and stay with my Aunt here in Doha. Could I stay for six months after my father leaves to Canada?
(Note: The company of my father is not responsible for my expenses here in Doha.)

if your fathergo canda without cancelling his visa then you can stay this year as soon as your father's visa cancelled your Rp also will be cancelled on the same day.
yes you could. your visa stated it will expire 2016
