RP application - Medical done, what's next?

My wife's RP application has been approved, she's done her medical test, and the results have come, and she has passed it. Now when I go to the MOI website, and type her visa number and my ID number in the 'RP application and tracking' section, I get a form in Arabic. My questions are

- Does this form have to be submitted over the internet, or can we fill in a print-out?
- Is this the form that has to be taken to the fingerprinting office?
- What other documents do I have to take for fingerprinting?
- When can I get her RP stamped on the passport, and her ID card issued?

(Have already searched the forum, but couldn't find answers to my specific queries)

Fill the form and take a print. Blood group information is required to fill the form. Take the form, paste a photo on it and go to CID for finger prints with the form and original passport.

Why do I need to get a blood group certificate from a hospital? Shouldn't that information be provided already by the Medical Commission?

You need to fill in this form online and submit it. Also have to take a printout of the same. This printout you have to carry with you when you go for fingerprint....

You take the medical report, and fill up form in arabic at moi web site. After this get a blood group certificate from any hospital and go for finger print. Wait for next 3-4 days and then go to garaffa immigration with all the papers and they will directly stamp and privide the id card.
