RP ended,company threating with cancellation?!!

Dear All;
my company released me 5 months ago and didn't let me work with anyother company neither transfer my sponsorship to any other company.they allowed me only to transfer it to my husband,however it took us too long and my RP is ending and they r threating me to cancell my RP without giving me the 3 months delay to fix my situation and they keep asking me to leave the country.
can they force me to leave now? what can I do to recall my right and where to complain?
please advise

well,funny!I found the husband but my company didn't give all the requested paper neither my husband company does...it had been rejected first time and we are trying again.

i didn't quite understand why you couldn't finalize transfer under your husband sponsorship in 5 months??
