hi,

My company plan to change my designation, Technician into Engineer. My family were here in Qatar with family visit visa.

Is it true, my family should go out of this country before change my RP ?

As long your family is on RP visa they have nothing to do with your profession change . And they do not have to go out . Just relax and enjoy ur new status .......
