Hello, I would like to send my Twin B who is of 11 months old along with my father to India. My wife & I can't accompany him at the moment. Could you advise on the formalities that needs to be carried out considering an Infant is not travelling without the parents.

There is no formalities with the Airlines if the parents have no objection.

But you should attest a letter mentioning [no objection from parents signed with travellers information] from Indian Embessy.
