Dear all,

i came to qatar in sep2008 (transfered from Dubai,)due to non availability of Engineer visa they given me labour visa , and in april 2009 proffisional changed once submitted degree cerficates.

know the problem is company don't have project and asking to take long leave or if offers are their they will provide NOC for that i have to make sonership change.

i got offer letter in one compnay and they give me offer letter, CR copy, computer copy, all these copy i submitted for present company to take NOC. our boss signed my NOC and infirm to my pro for stamping,
but my PRO is telling it should be minimum 2 years to be worked in this company.so stamping they may object. but iam ready to work as per agreement but company is sending me. please anybudy know sloution for this matter guide me.

Since, you have already worked for more than one year...I believe, you can transfer your sponsorship now. You PRO may have been misguided.
