Hi, I need to do some research on employing overseas staff and need to find information with regards to sponsorship and work permits? I have read the labour law but it does not include sponsorship and work permits. Can anyone point me in right direction please?

Hi, yes if I was responsible for recruiting from overseas I need to research the law on sponsorships and work permits, stages, legal requirements ie packages. The labour law focuses on local people not sponsored by the company. Many thanks
