If your wife holds a valid RP still, she can come alongwith her baby with no visa required for new born because a baby born out of doha can enter QATAR within 90 days from the date of his/her born..Your baby will get the visa on arrival..

You need to pay a fine of QR500 each. Need to submit reason for your delayed return. This is possible only if your wife's Visa is valied. They will issue a certificate. Your wife has to show this at departure point and arrival point.

Visa on arrival, I doubt there is still a requirement.

1) Send the copy of the approval to your wife.

2) Give the message "Visa on arrival" through Airlines.

3) Normally, if the mother has valid RP and new born child is travelling within 3 months with valid passport and Birth certificate, no need for visa for child. To be on the safer side, check with immigration for the latest, as the rules get changed often.
