i'm in visit visa.i went for an interviw as a customer svs executive & as per thir request i went 2nd & 3rd interviwes & they told that i've got selected & asked to visit their head ofice to get my job offer letter.when i went there they gave the job offer letter to sign & asked my pass port & i gave.after that they told that they can not change visit visa to work visa except i hv husband sponser ship.as i'm a female.they did'nt gv the job offer letter to me.
but in interviws i hv clearly told that i'm in visit visa & i need work visa as my husband is nt getting more than 7000qr.& they told it's ok.& i hv provide my pass port copy to them in my 1st interviw...
but HR dep.is telling interviwer may b dn't no about that rule..
At the time of my employment the company asked me to transfer my visa [under husbands sponsorship] into Job Visa..I agreed and submitted my passport to them..
Later I was informed that it is not permissible since Husband's Visa is a Nontranferable one..
So now i work under my Husband's sponsorship only...

there is no special law for this.normaly officer in charge takes decesion,it all depend on how your employer is strong.
