I filed a resignation and did not finished my two years contract with my current employer. (i had finished only one year) Is there any way to stay in Qatar in any ways (i.e thru business visa or personal visa), after i cleared myself from my employer and my work visa had been cancelled? I dont want my employer knows that im still in Qatar, They dont give NOC for their staff nor give release even though the employee gets better offer from other company. Can someone give me an idea please?

Yeah, you are right about the finger printing. The person I know doesn't want to work in Qatar anymore, but just needs to sort out some things for a few months...

I know someone personally who got cancelled, went to his home country and changed his passport. He then went to the qatari embassy in his home country and got a tourist visa, and is now back in the country. Needs to go on visa runs now and then, but he is back.

But it might be more difficult depending on your nationality. Because I know people from other countries, that were not able to do the same trick.

But once you go back to your country and change your passport, and also the embassy approves your visa, at that point you can get back into Qatar for sure.
