Else you can try from any good hotel such as Ramada, Movenpick, Sofitel ets.. and yah you have to have a stay there too. The Tourist visa is normally of 14 days which can be further extended to 14 days that all.

It also depends what nationality the tourist is, some nationalities can purchase a month long tourist visa at the airport for 100 riyals.

You can go to a hotel in Doha and reserve for 2-3 nights. They will issue the visa
