I departed Qatar last January 2010 as my employment contract expired last December 31, 2009 and my Qatar Visa has been cancelled.
I am planning to visit Qatar next month, and I would like to know if there is no problem for me to visit Doha only for 7 days. My former employer gave me an NOC.
How can I get a tourist visa or visit visa? Please recommend any travel agency who can help to have visa required. Please advise. This is important!!!

Normaly, if you are a north american or european citizen, you do not need a visit visa as you can obtain the visa on arrival. However, a visit visa should be obtained if you were invited by a relative. Tourist visa can be obtained thru a hotel.

You can check by website for major hotels and they can arrange you tourist visa, even if you dont have NOC you can come as a tourist. Still need information about small hotels and travel agencies just PM me.
