I am working in Qatar for the last 7 months and I have signed a labour agreement for one year. Can I change my sponsorship after expiry of my labour agreement without Non Objection Letter from the current company

As per the current rules you cannot. However, there may be some changes in the new Labour Laws that is expected soon. Just be patient and see what the future has in store for everyone.
