Transfer to a family visa needs NOC from previous employer?

Hi, I am a Chinese working in Qatar. I met my wife here. She was working for Qatar Airways. Now she quits from the company several month ago by not returning to Qatar when she has a job to fly to China . So no cancel stamp on her visa. Now she is in China, and we got married.

Now I want to bring her to Qatar with me, not for working but as house wife. Does she need NOC for Qatar Airways? As I known, the company policy is not to give NOC for its employee. Or she must stay 2 years since the day that the visa is expired?

No need of NOC for family visa and simultaneously ban will not apply for family visa. Check about how to deal with the cancellation of his previous visa.
