Transfer from VISIT VISA to RESIDENCE VISA

Dear Expats,

I am on business visit visa and I need to transfer to residence visa. Can anybody please explain the procedure, how long it will take?. Is it compulsory to get Police clearance from Home country (India for my case)? Is compulsory to EXIT the country while transferring visit visa to residents visa.

No need to exit the country by 500 qr extra visa can be transfered.

It may take 3 to 4 working days. yes you need get police verification not from india it is from Indian Embessy. fill the form with required document they will issue u PCC in 3 working days of embassy.
