Urgent info regarding exit permit

i want to travel back to my country . Our manger is not in qatar he went for vacation .

is it mandatory for sponsor signature to get exit permit.

if he have smart card he cannot apply online for exit permit ?

any visa (covered by family -either visit or permanent) this does not require exit permit.

my work led me to know this all...i'm glad to be of little help.

Just to add to wot u said about family status visit HRscorp, if it is father's sponsorship then exit permit is required, exempt is given to mothers sponsorship, or if u getting a visit visa for ur daughter.

I wish they had made it less complex and provided this information on the website in a more concise manner, so atleast people wouldnt face such last minute anxiety. Thx again for responding back sR

i dont think u can have this approved on the issuing authorities since ur visit visa is on father's.

So finally the exit permit is required to be made by my father before i board tmws flight ? sorry for latching on, but its better to avoid hiccups , ty :)

exit permits are required for persons having company liabilities, family visas are not included in this bracket.

it isnt multiple entry, its single entry visa, intially issued for one month, but my father got it extended for another 5 months, valid now till march '2008.

I intend to come back after 2 weeks? so i guess i wud need a fresh visa on re-entry, but thts fine

Well someone told me quite the opposite, they said that if you stay in qatar for more than a month on any visa, u require an exit permit irrespective of the who the sponsor is, or what kind of visa was issued. Is that true ?

is ur visa, multiple entry???

as far we know, if the visa issued mentioned single entry, u cannot come back on same visa as soon as u exit the country.

let me confirm with my Mandoub friend and let u know.

if this is the visa ur holding since ur dad is ur sponsor, this does not require exit permit. all family related visas does not need exit permit.

forms available online are for company sponsored visiting persons whom stayed in the country for more than 30 days.

You can visit the immigration department and by paying a fees you can get an exit and re-entry stamped and the duratioon of your exit outside qatar will also be mentioned

SO the crux being; that exit permit is required for visit visa if you stay more than a month.

Dear friend If you want to come back to Qatar on the same visa I think you have to get approval from immigration by just paying some amount I think 250 QR coz before it was 250 QR, now I dont know the fees and procedure. They will just put one sticker on your passport that you are eligible to come back on the same visa. But if you dont ask this for returning, you will not be able to come back.

Thant's why, just confirm it from any responsible people or ask mandoob of your father's company.

Have it filled (you can fill it online) and have it signed by the sponsor.

Take copy (+ original I think) sponsor ID plus your passport and get it recorded at the immigration office near the big mosque at the airport
