I have question regarding the visa for Sri Lankan. The question is that my brother left his company One month before now he is in Sri Lanka. He wants to come back to Qatar. He left his company as a cancel. In this condition can he come back to Qatar or not?

If your brother holding a no objection letter from the previews company then he can come back after six month other wise 2 years
