Visa and finger printing

I need some professional guidance and advice from someone who is having knowledge or experience in Police finger printing for the Qatar resident visas. I am an expat engineer working here. I came here 4 months back and still my resident visa procedure is not complete because of a problem in registering my finger prints. Naturally my fingers are very soft and the lines are too thin and almost invisible. Several times I visited the Qatar finger prints department with the company’s P.R.O but still they are unable to get it properly and each time they ask me to apply some cream and come back. I am unable to explain them because they are weak in English. What can I do?

use hand washing gel it is very good to show your fingerprint, also you should bring an Arabic speaker with you to the fingerprinting if they can't understand you.If you want PM me with what you want to say to them and I will translate it to Arabic, then you can print it and take it to them.

People with no (or faint) fingerprints have this problem all over the world, not only in Qatar. Why don't you get someone who speaks Arabic to accompany you so he can translate what you want to say? You could also try and get a doctor's opinion on the matter and get him/her to write a letter to the government on the issue.
